For more than 25 years, we’ve been part of the

Pall-Ex network, working alongside trusted hauliers across the country to move palletised freight efficiently throughout the UK. We joined Pall-Ex in 1999 and today we’re proud to be both a longstanding member and shareholder in the network. But while that history is important to us, what really matters is what our membership means for our customers.

Put simply, it allows you to benefit from the personal service and local knowledge of our in house team, backed by the reach and resources of a nationwide pallet network.

Local service with a national reach

Our home is here in Cramlington, and our own vehicles are out every day collecting and delivering freight for businesses across the North East. However, your customers aren't necessarily based nearby.

Being part of Pall-Ex connects our local operation with a network covering every UK postcode. That means you can deal directly with the team you've grown to know, while having the ability to send palletised freight across the country.

Whether you're sending regularly or simply have an occasional pallet that needs to travel further afield, you don't need to find different transport providers for different areas. We can manage the journey for you.

More choice over how your freight is delivered

Different deliveries come with different priorities. Sometimes speed is the deciding factor. On another day, an economy service may make more sense. A customer might require a morning delivery, a particular delivery window or additional support at the destination.

Through the Pall-Ex network, we're able to offer a range of delivery options to help us match the service to the requirements of the consignment. It gives our customers flexibility rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach to pallet delivery.

Visibility throughout the journey

Once a pallet leaves your premises, knowing what's happening to it at every stage of the journey matters.

Technology across the Pall-Ex network provides greater visibility over consignments, including tracking information, delivery updates and photographic proof of delivery.

For businesses managing their own customer expectations, that information can be just as important as the physical delivery itself.

A network built around local expertise

One of the strengths of the pallet network model is that the final stage of a delivery is handled by a haulier that knows its own area.

Just as our team knows the North East, other Pall-Ex members have their own established local operations and knowledge.

Freight travels through the network before arriving at the member depot responsible for its destination area, ready for that final local delivery. It combines national coverage with local expertise at both ends of the journey.
