THIS CHRISTMAS 

As the festive season approaches, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for the business we have received over the past year and to advise you of our services over the Christmas period.

 

Our operations depot will be open until 4pm on Friday 22nd December. We will then re-open on Wednesday 27th, Thursday 28th and Friday 29th December from 8am til 4pm on reduced staffing.

 

We can collect pallets and arrange for deliveries to be done on any of these days via our Pall-Ex operation - please contact us for a quotation as this may differ from your usual quotation and rates.

To avoid disappointment and assist us (and yourselves) in planning for vehicles and staff it would be helpful if you could please inform us of your opening hours leading up to Christmas and any transport requirements between Christmas and the New Year by Monday 11th December. If you can please email services@moodylogistics.co.uk with this information it would be really helpful.

 

Please help us avoid any confusion!

When dispatching deliveries you require from 22nd December 2023 – 2rd January 2024 please ensure you specify which delivery days are required and record any special opening / closing times (if the delivery location close before 5pm we would suggest you send as an AM delivery) and include contact names and telephone numbers on your paperwork. You must ensure your customer is available to take in goods to avoid re-delivery charges!

 

If you do not specify a delivery date between 22nd December and 2nd January we will assume you do not require delivery until 2nd January (3rd January for Scotland).

 

Finally, should you require dedicated transport or courier services over the Christmas period please do not hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
