Our “Be Kind” initiative has given colleagues the chance to nominate one another for acts of kindness - whether that’s someone who’s gone above and beyond, shown thoughtfulness, or simply made work life better. Each nomination shines a light on the everyday moments that make our team so special.
It only takes a moment to notice and acknowledge kindness, but it means so much. Every month, we’ve celebrated those who lift others up and make Moody Logistics a place where people feel valued and cared for. From small gestures to big efforts, these acts of kindness remind us that teamwork and respect are at the core of everything we do. To show our appreciation, the colleague chosen as our monthly kindness winner receives a £50 voucher for a local restaurant of their choice, courtesy of the business. It’s our way of saying thank you for making a positive difference.
