Launching Our Core Values at Moody Logistics

Moody Logistics has been around since 1947, but like any good business, we are always looking at how we grow, improve and stay true to what matters most. Our recent work through the SULA programme with Entrepreneurs’ Forum gave our directors the chance to step back and re-evaluate what we stand for as a business. Our long history began in 1947 with David Moody, and that heritage still matters today.


The result is our five core values:

 Teamwork, Respect, Integrity, Customer Focus and Excellence — TRICE.




These are not just words for a poster. They are the values we want to be known for, the standards we want to work by, and the principles that should guide decisions across the business every day. When launching the values to the team, Managing Director Caroline said "they are not meant to be just words on a poster but living actions”.




That is exactly what this is about. We already have a business to be proud of, but this is another step in our journey to keep improving and be even better for our employees, our customers and our community.


To mark the launch, we celebrated with cupcakes for the whole team, each one featuring the new core values.
