Some products are best suited to pallet racking, while others require flexible storage and some need segregating for onward distribution. Our 44,000 sq ft warehousing and storage facility offers all of the above. This flexibility allows us to support a wide range of commercial storage needs, offering additional space during a period of growth, or a longer term warehousing solution.

Container unloading and handballing

Goods can often arrive in shipping containers which are not suitable for onward travel. Unloading these containers can be physically demanding and time-consuming, particularly for smaller businesses without necessary workforce, equipment or capacity.

Our experienced team can unload containerised freight by hand, breaking down the load and palletising goods ready for storage in our warehouse or onward distribution. Removing this operational step allows more focus on your business.

Palletising freight ready for storage

As mentioned, often goods can arrive loose in a container and may not be suitable for onward distribution. Our team can organise and palletise the freight, creating stable, manageable loads which can be safely stored or prepared for collection.

Depending on your requirements, the goods can be:

-          Placed into warehouse storage

-          Prepared for onward delivery

-          Lined up for rework or quality inspection

Having these services available at one location can reduce unnecessary logistics and can create a smoother transition to the final destination.

Rework and quality inspection

Sometimes goods can arrive damaged or in need of inspection before they enter the supply chain. Through our on-site sister company, MCR Services, freight can be moved for rework, repacking or quality inspection. This connected approach means customers don’t have to coordinate several suppliers, instead their freight can move between on site services in the same warehouse.
